Shipping & Delivery Policy
At this time, we offer shipping and delivery within South Dakota only. Hatching eggs are the only items available for shipment and are sent via USPS. We do not ship live animals, including chicks or rabbits. All other orders are available through our local delivery options, where you can choose to meet us in one of our free designated delivery locations or arrange for delivery directly to your home.
Out-of-state customers—don’t worry! You’re still welcome to place an order; we simply ask that you select a convenient South Dakota address for shipping or a meetup location for delivery. We’re happy to work with you to coordinate a time and place that fits your plans.
Because each order is personally handled and delivered by our family, delivery times may vary, but we take great care to ensure everything arrives safely and with attention.

Our free South Dakota delivery cities include: Ajax, Blackhawk, Buffalo Gap, Colonial Pine Hills, Fairburn, Hermosa, Hisega, Hot Springs, Keystone, Maverick Junction, Oral, Piedmont, Rapid City, Rapid Valley, Rockerville, and Summerset.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Responsibility for the care and condition of rabbits, chicks or hatching eggs transfers to the customer once they have been shipped or delivered. We truly appreciate your understanding and the care you give them once they arrive! If something comes up, we’re happy to offer a refund for orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that time, orders are considered confirmed and non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
